The three on-site restaurants all provide excellent fare throughout your stay. You won't feel bored at all as there are so many items to choose from on any given night. The buffet restaurant is well managed, and the food is quickly replenished throughout each sitting.

Not only are you right on the beach in this place but the beach is actually private, so you'll only find guests from the hotel there. This is ideal for those travelling with kids as it makes for a relaxing and safe environment.

The staff that work here have either had some quality training in customer service or are just genuinely nice people. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and no matter what your issue might be, they will do their best to help out.

Many guests have complained of very long waiting time at check-in. An hour is far too long to have to wait to get to your room, especially after a long journey. The staff really try their best but obviously there is a problem with the whole process.

This is a five-star hotel, but the overall experience is of a lesser rated hotel. The staff are good but service should be quicker while the rooms are acceptable but many have poor views that guests only discover when they arrive.

The all-inclusive meals and drinks don't really reflect the price that you pay for the package. It's not terrible food by any means, but it is overpriced in the extreme. The hotel is out of the way, so you have no option but to eat in-house.
