Hotel DoubleTree by Hilton Palm Beach Gardens (Palm Beach Gardens, USA)

The hotel is very close to the Palm Beach International Airport and a number previous guests staying at the hotel had flown in for a business meetings or other functions and were only staying for a short time. Their reviews mentioned the easy access to the airport as a highlight of their stay.

A number of previous guests had either hosted a wedding or conference at the hotel or been guest at an event. Regardless of the reason for their stay views were consistent with comments noting that the hotel superbly looked after their needs, whilst managing to run the event smoothly and without incident. A number of comments also complimented the excellent catering.

The food served at the OZ restaurant, is as guests commented, some of the tastiest food they have tried in a while at a Doubletree. A number of guest reviewers mentioned that this was definitely the highlight of their stay and not to be missed.

Some guests whilst comfortable during their stay, felt that there was no real vibe to the hotel and that it was very bland and had no personality. These guests felt that this hotel let itself down by Doubletree standards.

Some guest reviewers commented that they felt that the hotel was a little dated and that it was showing signs of wear and tear. With a little TLC and attention to maintenance of fixtures and with some additional cleaning, some suggested the hotel could reclaim its status amongst the Doubletree brand.

Some previous guests on check-in were a little disappointed with the small size of the rooms as well as the simple amenities. Some guests also commented that they did not get a great nights sleep due to old and lumpy mattresses that may be in need of replacing.
