This hotel has a courtyard that separates the lobby from the main building that is a great place to relax and have a chat. Then there's the heated outdoor pool that is fabulously maintained and a real surprise for a city center hotel.

The staff at the hotel are eager to offer assistance no matter what your problem is. Whether it's the housekeeping staff or those at the front desk, you're sure to have someone on hand to help with a friendly smile.

The hotel is in a very convenient area of the city, and no matter what you're in town for, you'll find that this place is the perfect base. There's easy access to the highway, and there's plenty to do in the local area.

The outer lobby building and the outdoor areas are fantastic, but the main hotel building where the rooms are could do with being renovated. It's not terrible, but it could be better with old carpets and slow elevators bothering some guests.

The hotel only seems to have one person to keep the peace at night, and if there are too many guests making noise then it's a little overwhelming for the security guard. Some guests have complained of parties in hotel rooms that go on all night and that nothing was done about it.

If you can choose your room, then make sure that you are well away from the elevator as the noise gets right into the room. Some guests have had to change rooms just to get some sleep at night.
