The hotel is centrally located with almost all of the necessary shopping arcades and sights within good reach. The city centre is not more than a few minutes' walk away.

The exteriors of the hotel are quite attractive. The first thing you will notice once you enter the hotel is the artistically built lobby. It showcases the beautiful culture of the city.

There are hardly any staff members that speak English, Spanish, or Hindi - the three most spoken languages in the world after Mandarin. Partly due to this lack of multilingual proficiency, the staff might not help you with anything you ask of them.

Though the lobby and the corridors are beautifully decorated, the rooms are not as good. They are old and unclean. The carpets are worn out, and the towels are not regularly washed. The shower heads in some of the bathrooms are broken.

Though it is stated that the rooms are soundproofed, you will not find them so. The noise from outside does easily penetrate inside, and the sounds from the corridors can be heard clearly within the room.
