The owner is said to be a very friendly and charming person. Many guests mentioned him by name and remembered him with positive words. He was a good host with great tips on the area and getting around.

The bed and breakfast is said to have a great location to explore the town of Sorrento. It is walking distance from the train station, shops, restaurants and other attractions. Most guests were able to walk in town or take the bus or train. It is set on a well-known street with plenty of restaurants.

Some guests were perplexed as to why this bed and breakfast does not offer a free breakfast on-site in the morning. They felt it was odd to have to eat at a nearby bar instead. They would have preferred an on-site arrangement.
