The hotel is located a bit away from the main central area of Paris, in a nice, quiet neighbourhood. You'll be able to rest and relax in peace. That said, it's still convenient to the nearest metro lines, making it easy to get to the popular areas of the city.
French people have a reputation for rudeness, but that's nowhere to be found at this guesthouse. The staff is friendly and helpful, whether you need information about the area or have a request during your stay.
The rooms, while cosy, make good use of the space. Which is why the majority of guests still find them pleasant. In addition, the cleaning staff takes their job very seriously and maintain the rooms in spotless condition.
Many hotels in Paris have small rooms, and this is no exception. Plus-size or tall guests may feel cramped, and they might have trouble with the smallish beds and the tight spaces in the bathrooms.
The bathrooms are only separated from the rest of the room by a sliding frosted glass door, which may not even close properly. If you're staying alone, this shouldn't be a problem of course; but if you're travelling with others and need your privacy, it's worth taking into consideration.
