Guests say they can easily walk to all the shops nearby and many find better bargains than in Legian and Semynyak. There are also many local restaurants in town, a short walk away.

Guests rave about the international buffet breakfast buffet served here and many say it's the best on the island with a wide variety of fresh and interesting selections each morning.

The pool here is enormous with plenty of loungers and umbrellas for everyone. There's a pool bar and even a swim-up bar, for those who prefer their cocktails in the pool. There are huge sculptures all around and the pool is beachfront, so the views are amazing.

Guests say the furniture here is showing its age and the rooms could use some updating. While the decor is lovely and simple with Balinese wood carvings and art, guests complain about worn towels, broken bath tiles and a dated feeling to the rooms.

This hotel is indeed on the beach, but not the popular Kuta Beach, which is a 15-minute walk away. Most guests enjoy the hotel beach and there are many other beautiful beaches near the resort and around the island.

The hotel is a 10-minute ride from the airport and the staff will help arrange transportation, but there is no complimentary shuttle service. Local cab service is also available for a very modest cost.
