The gardens at Dickenson Bay Cottages are beautiful. They are pleasingly well maintained and give off a feeling of peace, quiet and tranquility. It's really nice to spend some time in them. Similarly, the pool area is good and it's very enjoyable to have a dip in the water.
The staff here are very friendly and accommodating. They are always happy to speak to you and will do their best at all times to ensure you are having the best stay possible. If you have a problem or a query, you'll find them to be easily approachable.
Several previous guests pointed out that this property is in a good location for getting to Dickenson Bay Beach. You can be there with a five minutes drive, which is pretty convenient.
The décor at Dickenson Bay Cottages could do with some love and attention. The interiors are starting to feel somewhat old fashioned and in need of a bit of work to bring them up to date. A lick of paint here and there would do the world of good.
Some of the fixtures and fittings at this property are really past their best. A few of the fridges, for instance, have seen better days. The TVs are quite small and old and the mattresses feel as though they have seen better days. Some of the cutlery sets aren't complete either. On top of all this, the Wi-Fi connection is temperamental to say the least.
