The nearby Ayala Centre was considered by most travellers to be a big attraction, and was one of the main reasons for choosing this location. Guests found it to be an easy walk, and enjoyed browsing through the multitude of stores available.
Several guests found the rooms to have a damp smell, and felt the interiors could do with a bit of an update. On closer inspection, carpets were found to be old and grubby, and were determined by guests to be passed their due date for replacement.
Travellers found the lighting in the hallways, as well as the rooms to be way to dim, and felt this spoilt the atmosphere by creating a sombre vibe. The bathrooms in particular could have done with some brighter lighting.
Although the gym was fully fitted with equipment, most of it, according to visitors was old and unusable. Some of the equipment was simply broken, and should have been thrown out. Guests were disappointed that there weren't many items that were functional.
