Guests were pleased that the price for this accommodation was cheap although they did not expect anything fancy. This was a low-budget hotel and one of the cheapest that could be found. They suggested this place to those travellers who are on a tight budget and only need a place to sleep for a night or two.
One of the few things guests liked about this property is its location. It is conveniently located close to downtown Richmond and next to the highway. Moreover, it is also close to Richmond International Speedway that is why most guests here are those joining races.
The staffs here were nice, helpful, and fast according to previous guests. Their check-in process was easy and hassle-free. They would even assist guests in carrying their things to the rooms.
This establishment was in a bad shape according to most guests. There were no sufficient bathroom amenities such as shampoo and conditioner as well as blow dryer. Moreover, no coffee/tea or even water facilities in the rooms either.
Guests were extremely disappointed with the condition of the room because it smelled musty. The beds were uncomfortable and the rooms were obviously not cleaned properly. There were trash under the beds and some guests even found cigarette butts and condom packages.
The area was sketchy and so were most of the people staying there according to previous guests. There were crack heads and prostitutes hanging out right outside the rooms and there were lots of serious scary activity happening in the parking lot at night. Guests said doors must always be locked and they should always be on the lookout.
