Diamond Head Beach hotel is situated next to the waterfront in the outskirts of Honolulu, overlooking the ocean . Located in a quiet suburb neighbouring Diamond Head Crater Park, about 5 miles from the city centre, the hotel offers a homely and tranquil atmosphere despite being close to the centre of action. Other tourist attractions, including Kapiolani Park, the Outrigger Canoe Club, the Waikiki Aquarium, and the Honolulu Zoo, are easy to reach from the hotel. Each of the air-conditioned rooms is tastefully furnished and equipped with en-suite, hair-dryer, cable TV, telephone and ironing facilities, while premium rooms also include refrigerators. The one-bedroom suites feature a complete kitchen complete with utensils. A small private beach-front garden, sunbathing area and sufficient parking spaces are available to guests. All areas of the hotel are exclusively non-smoking. Note that the hotel operates a self-service desk, and therefore does not have a reception desk on its premises.
