Situated in an ideal location right by Nai Yang Beach and on the edge of Sirinath National Park, Dewa Phuket is a resort property offering clean and modern accommodation to those looking for a quieter Phuket. There are both suites and full villas available at Dewa Phuket. Both have that sleek and modern international look and feature trendy furniture, separate bedrooms, lounge/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and flat screen TV. Dewa Phuket has a large pool terrace, with the usual sun beds and poolside cafe, but guests wanting even more relaxation can opt for a Thai massage, offered at the on-site spa. The Terrace Grill Restaurant offers Western-style cuisine, with just a bit of a Thai influence, with meals being served on the gorgeous terrace. The main regional attraction is the beach, just 100 yards from the hotel, and the Sirinath National Park, which is accessible from the same beach.

The location almost right on the beach was by far what guests most liked about Dewa Phuket. To be honest, they found a great deal of fault in other matters, but the location was pretty much perfect for guests looking for a quieter beach holiday.
This came up a surprising number of times in reviews. A number of guests seemed to use the Dewa as an airport hotel when facing a layover. Though being a resort almost right on a lovely beach did make it an unusual, and very pleasant, airport hotel.
Guests on the whole seemed very happy with the quality of the breakfast. It was said to be very varied, so everyone could find at least a couple of items that they really liked.
Interestingly, a number if guests mentioned that the mosquitoes were a bit out of hand at the resort. Of course Phuket is very much in the tropics, so there will be mosquitoes, but guests did not seem to believe that the hotel management was doing enough to combat the problem.
Unfortunately the balance of opinion swayed quite far in the direction of the hotel being particularly poor value for money. Guests considered their room rate quite high for Phuket, and did not believe that the resort delivered the facilities and service level to justify them.
While the remoteness was a positive feature to most, some did report being a little unhappy having so few choices of attractions and restaurants in the area, and essentially no nightlife. Guests may have to go to Pattaya for that, which is some way away.
