There's a big temptation (*but do try to resist it) to just stay on-site, relax and enjoy the facilities. Massage, Jacuzzi, beauty treatments … even a library. The heated pool is a ‘must' and there's even one for kids along with a playground and their own activities. There are general signs of ‘tiredness' but if tiredness is your problem too, you could do worse than stay here and just chill out.
There are quite a few pools here but, if you want the beach, or the resort itself, the answer lies in the free shuttle bus service. It's a five minute journey - and they do the return trip.
With views over the resort and gardens, the room is massive and very clean. The surroundings are also immense and breathtakingly attractive. Even the balcony is flowing with trees and flowers. The area of the complex is truly huge, more like a town than a hotel.
There is something of a language problem, with English not being readily understood by many members of staff.
If not prepared, the advice that they don't accept ‘cards' as a means of payment of the hotel account , can have a dramatic effect on the holiday budget. They only accept cash.
At best, service is very slow and at worst, it just seizes up altogether. Service isn't good here. Still, look on the bright side; at least there's no waiting to be served wines, beers and spirits in the bar … this is a ‘dry' hotel, so no alcohol!
