Hotel De La Poste (Paris, France)

Guests felt that for the city, the hotel is a good price to pay. They stayed in a simple hotel with a clean room and in a fairly good location. The bathrooms were also clean.

The simple rooms were kept clean and tidy on a daily basis. Guests were happy to come back to cleaned rooms after a long day outside. The rooms were simple and basic but did a good job of keeping guests feel comfortable.

The hotel is close to the public transport stops that would take them to the historical and central area of the city. There are also various bars and restaurants near the hotel, as well as various shops around.

Guests could not get a good night's rest in the rooms because the sound isolation was not good. They could hear the noise from outside and the noise from other guests banging the doors and talking.

There is no lift available in the hotel that has about five flights of stairs to use. Guests did not enjoy that the building was not accommodating in this sense and that the hotel is not forthcoming about there being no lift available.

Guests did not receive a good impression from the front desk as they were not willing to make their guests feel welcome. Guests had a bad impression and felt the staff was indifferent. They would not answer emails for information before they arrived.
