You will probably not find a better location in Lucerne. Guests were very happy to be at this hotel given its location to many restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops. Guests were also within walking distance of most, if not all, of Lucerne's main attractions. For those who travelled without a car, guests were glad the train station was only a short distance from the hotel.
Guests could not say enough kind things about the staff. Overall the service was excellent due to the staff being warm, friendly, and helpful. There was little they could not do for guests.
While there are many restaurants in the area you might not want to skip the breakfast at the hotel. Many guests stated that the breakfast was very good in both quantity and quality of food.
You may want to check into the size of the rooms if you are concerned about getting a good value. Some guests felt that the hotel was a bit pricey given the size of the rooms. There were some comments that the rooms were not the best as they were too small.
