A guest was disturbed by the noise made by doors being closed when people came in during the night. Similarly another guests noticed noise from the nursery in front of the hotel.
The ground floor rooms suffer from noise coming from the exterior, and the reception area.
Some guests felt a little unsafe in the neighbourhood at night, however it must be said that others felt quite secure.
