The property's great location in the Marais delighted guests! They can easily walk into the Marais with all the nice shops, cafes, and restaurants around. It is close to the metro and bike stations. Moreover, despite being in the busy area, this hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood.
Guests had an amazing stay because of the incredibly nice staff who all speak fluent English. They were very accommodating in responding to the requests of the guests. Front desk staff was also helpful and knowledgeable in answering questions.
The actual room and bathrooms may be small in size but they were consistently clean and well kept. Everything inside was spotless and functioning. The lobby was as comfortable as the rooms, and there was a lounge downstairs where guests can comfortably hang out with plenty of books and travel information.
Many guests observed that rooms here were too small. They even looked smaller than the photographs published online. Guests were a bit uncomfortable moving their luggage around because vacant space was very tight.
The absence of an air conditioning system dismayed the guests particularly those who visited during the hotter days of the year. Lucky were those who visited while the weather was cool. However, those who were there during summertime had no choice but to open the windows and use the available fan.
Guests nagged about the spotty Wi-Fi provided in this property. It was supposed to work everywhere but it did not. Therefore, guests had a hard time finding a spot where there was a good signal.
