Guests love the close proximity of Maraîchers metro station just outside the hotel. Although this hotel isn't located in the centre of Paris, it's not a problem because guests can catch the metro and reach all the sights they want to see quickly and easily.
The members of staff at this hotel are good at making their guests feel welcome here. They greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome and are ready to offer assistance when called upon. They also speak English well, so there aren't any problems communicating which guests appreciate.
According to feedback, the quality of accommodation is high at this hotel. Guests mention that the rooms are kept clean by the housekeeping staff and the beds are comfortable and provide a pleasant night's sleep. The rooms also offer plenty of amenities such as a minibar and tea/coffee making facilities.
This hotel doesn't feature a lift which isn't ideal. Some of the hotel's rooms are located on the sixth floor and guests find it a challenge negotiating the small spiral staircase to reach their accommodation. The members of staff are happy to help carry luggage which is appreciated and it seems the hotel is planning to add a lift at some point.
Guests report that the road outside can get very noisy at times. Since the rooms don't feature air-conditioning, it means guests have to open their windows to keep cool but in turn this increases the noise disturbance.
Although breakfast is good, guests would like to see a wider range of items to choose from such as more meats and cheeses.
