The breakfast was found to be a good one by most guests who enjoyed having waffles as an option. They were happy to have the breakfast included in the price. There were also good hot beverages and various pastries available.

The area was found to be a nice one according to many guests who stayed here. The hotel is close to the university and to various shopping stores and eateries. The area was a good choice to explore the city.

Many guests agreed the hotel’s common areas such as the lobby and the dining area were very spacious. They also felt the areas were clean, as well as their rooms and bathrooms. It was a relaxing stay thanks to the space available.

Guests were surprised to find that they could hear what next door neighbors were doing in their rooms. Guests did not enjoy knowing what others were doing and this did not help them relax at all. They could also hear the noises from the hallways.

The smell from the rooms was not an impressive one according to guests. They felt the rooms were humid, smelled old and musty. It was not a good impression once they got to the rooms.

The Wi-Fi was found to be a poor one according to guests. They needed to have a better connection that was fast and reliable. Some found the in-room Internet to be non-existent. It was annoying to not have this amenity.
