This hotel has undergone some refurbishment work recently and as such is in great condition. Guests are more than impressed with the work that has been done, and the rooms are very comfortable. It has given the place a nice fresh look which is most appealing.
Guests have arrived at this hotel to find that there were no rooms available even though they had booked ahead. Other guests have been given the wrong rooms and then forced to move during their stay. Not very efficient.
