Hotel Days Inn By Wyndham Racine/Sturtevant (Sturtevant, USA)

This is a tidy, casual spot within an easy ten miles of central Racine. There's a refreshing pool, although a bit small, a washer and dryer for guest use, ice machines and assorted snacks and beverages in vending machines. The gym is clean with weights, a stationary bike and a treadmill. The daily free breakfast is tasty with both hot and cold items in plentiful supply including eggs and sausage. Sufficient parking and adequate internet speed. McDonald's and Kwik Trip are both right next door. Currently undergoing gradual renovations.

Rooms are quite large with modern televisions, comfy beds and some even with jacuzzi tubs - perfect for relaxing after a long day.

Don't hesitate to stop by the front desk if there's anything you need. They're professional and friendly, knowledgeable enough on the area to answer all your questions, and ready to go above and beyond.

If you have mobility issues or a lot of heavy luggage, you may want to request a ground floor unit. There's no elevator on the premises.

The ongoing renovations are right on time! A few areas really need some love here, as paint is chipping, showers have very low water pressure, lights are dim, jets on jacuzzi tubs don't work well, handles are broken, linens have cigarette burns (which is odd in a non-smoking facility), and overall housekeeping needs to take it up a notch.

Some may have trouble sleeping with the poor soundproofing between rooms and noise from outside. Bring your earplugs.
