Guests found the staff at this hotel to be courteous and friendly. The staff offered guests a warm welcome at check-in and were helpful with dealing with guest requests.

Guests found the location of this hotel to be convenient as it is located right off of the highway. Guests were happy with the fact that there are restaurants and many popular attractions within easy driving distance of the property.

Guests were pleased with the pool here which they found to be large and clean. Guests also liked the fact that pool towels were available at the entrance to the pool and they enjoyed the Jacuzzi which was also clean and well maintained.

Many guests found the housekeeping staff to be wanting as they found dirty floors, stained carpeting and hairs found in places they shouldn't be. Guests also found trash and food that had been left behind by former occupants of the rooms when they checked in.

This property needs an update. Guests found furnishings that were quite dated, beds past their prime and bathroom fixtures that have seen better days.

Many guests found that the air conditioning units didn't cool the rooms very well and that they took a long time to do the job. In addition, many guests found the air conditioning units to be noisy, which disturbed their stay.
