As guests pointed out, the hotel is quite affordable even with the resort fees, as it gives you a basic room to sleep with relatively new, comfortable beds, a shower, a TV and air-conditioning. You will also be able to use the free shuttle that can take you to Universal Studios, Sea World Orlando and WonderWorks.

The hotel is a short walk from Universal Studios as well as several outlet stores and a mall. You'll find plenty of restaurants nearby as well and a 7/11, so you can stock up on snacks and necessities 24/7.

Guests found the staff to be fairly pleasant and efficient.

While some guests found their rooms to be adequately cleaned, many reported dirty rooms that they felt uneasy in. For example, not only did some find hair, sticky floors and dust, but there were quite a few reports of excessive bugs in the rooms. Several guests noted that the toilets, showers, and doors were covered in dirt and some even mentioned bodily fluids.

As some guest stated, the walls are stained, the appliances like the TV, AC or hair dryer don't always work, and some doors won't lock well.

Some guests pointed out that the rooms don't offer any insulation, as the walls are thin and you there are gaps around the door frame. You might end up hearing other guests' conversations as well as movement in the hallways, and a few also noted that the old air-conditioning units might add to the noise level.
