The beds are very comfortable and make for a really good night's sleep. They also have a mattress topper to add to the comfort and the bedding is clean and fresh.
The staff are well mannered and always have the time to stop and say hello and little things like this make a big difference. The front desk staff have received particular praise for their hard work and for always being willing to go the extra mile to make your stay here a pleasant one.
Breakfast is quite unimpressive with cereals, juice, fruit and pastries which are pre-packaged and not fresh. The only hot option is waffles although these are not always available therefore some guests decided to go elsewhere to eat as there are plenty of places nearby.
Some rooms and some areas of the hotel are looking quite tired and worn, however there are reports from some previous guests that there are renovations taking place and rooms are being freshly decorated.
Although the hotel is located just off the highway some guests have reported difficulties in actually finding the property once they get off the main road so you may need your sat-nav or an up to date map.
