Hotel Days Inn Conroe (Conroe, USA)

Guests have reported that room standards at Days Inn Conroe exceed those by a typical Days Inn hotel. The rooms are quite large, are clean and generally well-maintained. Plumbing fixtures are well done and finished to a high standards and don't look like those done by a handyman. The rooms have ample charge-ports, a useful but often neglected feature in many two-star hotels. AC units are in excellent shape and capable of hitting any of the provided temperature settings with little problem. The lobby, hallway, staircase, and breakfast room are all very clean.

Although the breakfast room is rather small for the hotel's size, guests have reported that the great breakfast selection more than makes up for this shortcoming. The Texas waffles are especially delicious.

A common complaint in many two-star hotels is Wi-Fi that is weak and of poor quality, but not here. Wi-Fi signal is excellent and guests can conveniently stream their favorite Netflix and YouTube videos with no interruptions or buffering.

Guests have complained that the beddings at Days Inn Conroe are rather low quality with rock-hard mattresses and sugar pack pillows.

Some rooms harbor strong musty odors that just don't seem to go away despite the hotel's best efforts. Additionally the rooms sport thin walls that allow inordinate amounts of noise to filter in from neighboring rooms.

The hotel is housed in a building with two floors yet does not have an elevator to the top floor. Guests have to struggle with heavy luggage on their own.
