This hotel enjoys a very agreeable location as it is less than a mile from Route 101 and a very easy -- and pleasant -- stroll from Ukiah’s charming little downtown area. Being able to see the beautiful forested peaks of Montgomery State Park from the parking lot is pretty awesome too!
With its inviting clear blue water and pleasant patio area (with family-friendly safety fence), the hotel’s pool is a great place to relax, unwind and enjoy a dip in the California sunshine.
It has to be said that many of the guest rooms here afford a favorable return when it comes to spaciousness. Upgraded accommodations (some of which have lovely wooden apex ceilings) undoubtedly offer the best value.
Unfortunately, there’s no getting away from the fact that this hotel is in need of a pretty comprehensive nip and tuck in many areas. Accommodations and hallways are the aspects which should be first on any ‘things to update’ list...
