According to guests, the staff manning the front desk is nothing short of amazing, as they were received with warm smiles, personable service and a true customer-service mentality. They also noted how helpful and knowledgeable the staff was.

The rooms were reported to be quite spacious, and guests enjoyed having some useful amenities such as a fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker and a pull-out sofa. They stated that the price-value ratio was great, since these rooms made for a decent stay.

Guests loved the fact that the hotel is situated on the beach, so you only have to walk a few steps before you can dip your toes into the water. Some of the rooms even offer a lovely view of the ocean, and guests enjoyed sitting on their balconies overlooking the beautiful scenery.

Guests noted that the hallways appeared a bit dingy and musty and could have used a thorough cleaning to spruce them up a bit. Furthermore, not all of the rooms were stated to as clean as one would expect, since the walls were dirty and the floors were stained and a bit sticky. Some guests even encountered live and dead roaches, and they also reported a less than pleasant odor in some of the rooms.

The bathrooms, curtains, carpets and furniture should be replaced according to guests, and the walls and doors might need some attention as well.

Those guests sleeping near the laundry facilities reported a lot of noise and even vibrations from the machines, and a few were bothered by ongoing construction outside of the hotel.
