There have been reports of mould in bathrooms and the grouting needing to be replaced or at least given a good clean which may also be the cause of the musty smell in some rooms.
The carpets are not the cleanest in rooms and also in the corridors and they are heavily stained in places.
There are not many communal areas here where guests can sit around so when the hotel is full, which it regularly is, it can get quite busy and overcrowded.
