Hotel Days Inn By Wyndham Dallas Garland West (Garland, USA)

Most guests were impressed with the central location of the hotel, which was very convenient and practical. The hotel is also closely situated to restaurants, shopping malls, training facilities, medical district, major highways, transport systems, and almost all major establishments in Garland.

Previous guests appreciated the quality of the mattresses provided. It had the right firmness and softness which was very comfortable and did not cause any back pains, so most guests noted that they wanted to take the mattress home with them.

Aside from the courteous and professional service of the staff, guests admired their respectful assistance especially in solving issues. From the maintenance team to the front desk personnel, all were more than willing to help and accommodate the needs of the guests.

Guests were disappointed with the limited breakfast choices. There were no gluten-free and protein rich food items and most options were not kid-friendly. Previous guests also had issues with the small breakfast area, so some had no choice but to eat at their own rooms. Nevertheless, what’s worst was there were beggars or non-guests who were present at the breakfast area who kept stealing food due to lack of organization according to guests.

Guests were irritated with the loud traffic and street noise due to its close proximity to train stations and other motels within the area. Loud screaming and talking can be heard from both inside and outside of the hotel premises.

The Wi-Fi connection especially inside the rooms was poor so most guests had difficulty connecting using their smart phones or laptops. Simple Google search was possible but browsing and streaming videos were highly impossible.
