Many previous guests have stated that the hotel offers good value for money and although the facilities are pretty basic they were happy with what they got for the price that they paid.

The hotel is conveniently located for visitors to Davis-Monthan Air Force Base which is just a short walk away. Within the immediate vicinity of the hotel there are some restaurants where you can grab a bite to eat and downtown Tucson is just a short drive away.

The staff are always well mannered and welcoming with the front desk staff in particular singled out for their constant high levels of customer service with nothing too much trouble for them to ensure that your stay here is a happy one.

Although rooms have air conditioning units fitted there have been many reports that it doesn't work and if it does it is not very effective which can cause a problem as the temperatures can get high in this part of the world.

There are some dubious looking stains in rooms, on the carpets and also on beds which is quite unpleasant. There have also been reports of mould in bathrooms and damp smells in rooms and in addition the fixtures and fittings are also in a bad state with stained chairs and broken plug sockets.

The breakfast left some guests feeling disappointed and according to some reports the only thing offered at times was fruit and yoghurt and when other choices were available such as muffins they were not very fresh.
