Nice Lobby
Many guests were happy with the elegant and comfortable lobby area they could stay in. The lounge was classy and was a good opportunity to meet other guests and relax. It was a nice and comfortable area for many of them.

The hotel is near Haram and to the central area of town, so there were plenty of eateries and mosques to visit. The guests were happy with the close location to the main sights of town and what it has to offer.

The Wi-Fi was found to be too slow and not working well for some guests who were expecting this amenity to work better. They would have preferred a more reliable and quick connection because it is a normal amenity nowadays.
