This is a comfortable accommodation, centrally located and within easy walking distance of nearly every attraction in Jerusalem. A short stroll to the Old City and mass transit options including a train station. On-site underground parking is convenient. Plenty of restaurants, shops and bars nearby. This is a popular venue with tour groups. Good value for the money. Food and catering is excellent and the rooftop terrace is divine. The morning breakfasts are buffet-style with several items made to order while you watch. Ask about the additional hotel club discounts possible for members.

Charming, very clean and well-appointed rooms. Nice views from the windows and balconies. Ask for a unit in the newly renovated section if possible.

Helpful, friendly staff will ensure your comfort from arrival to departure. Don't hesitate to ask for directions or suggestions on dining or entertainment in the area. They are more than happy to assist you in planning tours and other activities.

Some felt the venue was overpriced on the room rates and food prices, especially since the rooms were too small for their liking and had been only partially cleaned. A lack of sheets on the beds was an issue for some too.

The free Wi-Fi was non-existent, so paying for the "good" Wi-Fi (hint: it is the "only" Wi-Fi) which can be accessed only in the lobby is required if you want any connection at all. Not popular.

The pool is closed in October for the season, which would make sense if it weren't 90 degrees. The elevators are very slow, so those in a hurry may want to take the stairs. The staff is only dazzling to some - others felt they were not friendly or welcoming at all.
