Dalhousie Castle is a 4 star hotel situated on the outskirts of Edinburgh, just half an hour from the city centre and the many attractions the capital has to offer. There are 29 guest rooms and 2 suites within the castle itself and a further 5 rooms and 2 suites housed in the 100 year old lodge which adds more seclusion. All rooms and suites are decorated to a high standard using Scottish fabrics and period furniture. All rooms are en-suite and come with TV, iron and ironing board, internet access (charge) hairdryer and a welcoming hospitality tray as standard. There are several choices of dining at Dalhousie Castle that include the Dungeon restaurant with a unique atmosphere serving traditional Scottish cuisine, the Orangery offering more casual dining with a varied menu. There is the Ramsey Room which can accommodate 100 guests and the Sir Alexander Room which can hold 40 people for private dining. The Spa offers a variety of treatments including Turkish steam bath, tropical rain & cold fog shower and Rasul for the application of mud. Also a hydro pool and massage jet pool. All 5 conference rooms at the Castle come fully equipped and have natural daylight.
