Guests found the members of staff to be very professional and courteous. The reception employees are very lovely and ensure your stay at the hotel starts off on a high note. The employees treat you with care and try their best to make sure that they satisfy your expectations to the best of their ability.
The hotel is advantageously positioned close to several restaurants and pubs. There are a number of shops in the area as it is well set in central Paris. Louvre Museum is just a short walking distance from the property.
The spa is very peaceful and clean. The staff members are very professional and seem experienced in their line of work. They offer guests with amazing spa services such as hot stone techniques among others which are very popular with the guests.
A number of guests found the elevator to be particularly slow in ascending and descending. During peak seasons it was rather cramped inside and could only handle a few people at a time. This was mainly difficult if multiple guests were waiting to be taken to their floors.
A few guests were dissatisfied with the wireless internet reception in the rooms. The speeds were thought to be too slow. Majority of those inconvenienced wanted to stream videos online and handle large files.
Majority of guests complained about the size of their rooms as they thought they were extremely too small to their liking. The showers cubicles were also considers too small and can barely fit an adult.
