This all ground floor property has a king-size double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner and a shared external utility. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, lockable bike storage, stabling for horses (to be pre-arranged with the owner), a veranda with furniture and shared use of the garden with summerhouse, ornamental pond, furniture and a barbecue. With unspoilt countryside waiting to be discovered, Black Mountain View is a lovely holiday base. Amenities: Oil-filled electric heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer in utility, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent.
