Returning guest comment that there is always something to do for both young and old. Water sports include kayaking, surfing, swimming, paddle-boarding, scuba, diving, and water skiing. The complex features four tennis courts, a squash court and a state-of-the-art fitness centre and spa. Guests comment that the beach is beautiful and the sun terrace and outdoor pool provide plenty of parasols, hammocks and loungers. There is even a poolside bar for refreshing beverages and light meals.

Guests comment that the complex is ideal for a relaxing and restful romantic retreat. The all-inclusive hotel features premium comfort and convenience amenities to ensure that guest have an enjoyable and memorable time. The spa overlooks the beach and spa patrons report the spa services are sublime.

Several guest commented on how much they like the all-inclusive program at the resort, noting that meals, beverages, Cuban cigars, fine wines, and spa services are included. Guest remark that they feel rested, relaxed and totally pampered when staying at the luxury hotel and note that they will highly recommend the venue to family and friends. Returning guest advise that they look forward to visiting the elegant complex every season, noting that they are never disappointed in the luxury resort, fabulous food, beautiful location or professional and polished service.

Some guests complained that there were no televisions provided in the guest rooms, but commented that it didn't really detract from their stay as there are two public television lounges where views can catch up on news and sports.
