Guests were extremely satisfied with the overall performance of the in-room air-conditioning system. They were sufficient enough to cool the place despite warm temperature outside of the hotel, and were working excellently the whole duration of their stay.

Most of the positive reviews were from guests who were impressed with the quality assistance of the staff especially the front desk personnel. They were very attentive and went beyond the extra mile to provide the needs of the guests such as room replacements and their special requests.

The double bed rooms had pretty huge beds according to previous guests, which were more than enough for two persons or couples. These facilities were also clean and comfortable so guests were able to relax and sleep properly.

Most of the negative reviews were focused on the old or outdated television equipment provided inside the rooms. The television was too small, old fashioned, channels were quite limited, and the picture quality or resolution was so poor that some guests did not know what was being shown. Furthermore, there was no remote control in some rooms.

There were complaints about the stained and dirty carpets at the hotel. Carpets were dark, had this disgusting smell of animal stains, and looked like they were not clean regularly. The bottom of the socks worn by the guests has turned black too, so they were dismayed.

Most guests were displeased with the lack of available pots, toasters, coffee makers, pans, utensils, and cookware inside the rooms despite being advertised on the Website. Guests had to manually ask for supplies and most of the kitchen utensils were not cleaned properly.
