The full English breakfasts served up at Cromwell House are wonderful: beautifully presented and freshly cooked to suit your preferences. However, it is the alternative breakfast options that are most worthy of mention here – the omelettes and fruit salad

You may want to bring some ear plugs with you if you're booked into a street-facing room. Eastbourne's party-people can make quite a racket when they traipse home past the hotel during the wee hours of the early morning!
