A number of guests found the suites were dirty, as was the hotel. Some guests found bed bugs and others saw cockroaches while most felt that the furniture was tired and that the carpet was grimey.
Guests felt that the surrounding area was suspicious and that they felt unsafe walking around the area that surrounded the hotel. Others felt that there were dubious characters hanging around the hotel's premises.
