Guests rate the location of the Courtyard Pensacola highly, describing how the hotel is within easy reach of a good selection of restaurants and bars. The downtown area is reached via a straight run down the I-110 and the beach is just a little further afield.

Although a few guests mention that the rooms are on the small side, most were impressed by the overall standard of the accommodation. The rooms and suites seem fresh and new and come complete with a thoughtful array of amenities.

The staff at the hotel attract plentiful praise for their friendly nature and can-do attitude. Guests comment that check-in and room allocation run smoothly and also remark that the staff is willing to help out with local area information and recommendations.

This hotel doesn't attract all that many negative comments, but one thing that does crop up occasionally is the noise level. Some guests were able to hear Interstate traffic while others comment that the walls are thin, so noise from adjacent and above rooms seems likely.

While many guests specifically mention that the Wi-Fi at the hotel was trouble free, others found the connection fairly slow and a bit spotty. It's something to be aware of at least, particularly if you are staying on business.

One or two guests would have preferred there to be a separate pool for children and a few others mention that free coffee/tea in the lobby would be a nice addition to the facilities. Other than that, there don't appear to be any problems here.
