The hotel has a nice Bistro at the ground floor where you can enjoy coffee and light snacks. Many guests complimented the Bistro’s different types of salad, stating that the dressings were very scrumptious and the vegetables and fruits used were fresh and still ‘crunchy’. Guests can also order Starbucks products from here, which is good news for coffee and cake lovers.

Guests observed that the staffs, from the receptionists to the housekeepers, worked tirelessly and flawlessly! You will be floored at how hardworking they are – they will definitely go above and beyond to make sure your request is accommodated.

Most of the guests here are people doing business in the Oklahoma. The hotel is only a few minutes from the airport, and is just right off the Interstate 40, convenient for those who have meetings at the surrounding cities. Downtown OKC can be reached within a 20-minute drive as well.

You might not be impressed with the mattresses and pillows on the rooms like other previous guests. According to guests, some pillows are hard and sound as if they have plastic covers, while beds are lumpy and can give a backache.

Among the minor issues presented by the guests’ reviews are that the shower floor gets dirty easily, and drains are stuck and do not do well in draining water. Moreover, guests noted that the water pressure on the sink is very weak.

Previous guests complained that there were days when the hallways smell of smoke. This was due to some other guests smoking there despite the hotel’s rule of no cigarette smoking within the premises.
