The front-desk staff was reported to be efficient, professional and polite, and many guests were very happy with the courteous and extremely knowledgeable shuttle driver.

According to guests, the hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable and offer convenient features like a microwave and a small fridge and those guests staying in oceanview rooms loved their balconies.

Guests enjoyed relaxing at the pool and the cabanas, and they found the free shuttle bus to be quite convenient.

Some guests reported that the small bar in the lobby, which features Starbucks products and snacks, is a bit overpriced and has a very limited selection of meals. Moreover, the poolside bar does not open early and closes in the early evening. The fact that the hotel isn't near a lot of restaurants further reduces your chances of grabbing a bite to eat, according to guests.

The hotel is located at the end of the Seawall, so you will have to take the shuttle or drive over to explore the local attractions and visit the shops and restaurants. Guests also pointed out that the beach at the hotel is pure rocks, so you may not be able to swim there but will have to drive about five minutes down the road to get to the sandy beach.

Several guests had issues with their air-conditioning units, because some were quite loud and others were not very efficient in cooling the rooms or didn't work at all.
