It's only a couple of miles from the airport and thanks to the hotel's free shuttle bus service you won't have to worry about missing an early flight or spending hours using public transport or expensive taxis. Currently, the shuttle bus doesn't run 24 hours a day (operating hours are 4 a.m. to 11 p.m.) so you might need to catch a taxi if your flight arrives or takes off very early in the morning.

Guests are pleased to report that the programme of renovation works, which updated public spaces and guest rooms, has resulted in a modern and welcoming hotel interior. It seems that the work was completed in mid-2015, so Courtyard Austin-Airport will hopefully look smart for several years to come.

If a large room is important to you during your stay in a hotel, then you will like Courtyard Austin-Airport. According to many guests, the rooms here are spacious and provide very comfortable accommodation.

The members of staff on front desk receive mixed reviews. Some guests were very pleased with the level of service they received; others felt that a friendlier and more informative greeting was required.

It came as a disappointment to a few guests that breakfast was not complimentary at Courtyard Austin-Airport. It was felt to be expensive by some and the option of eating breakfast at the nearby Denny's or Waffle House was considered preferable.

It seems that this hotel may be difficult to find according to some comments. The sign posts on the roads appear to be confusing and the hotel isn't very well lit at night.
