Hotel County House of Brussels (Brussels, Belgium)

The hotel boasts a good location situated in the Uccles district of Brussels which benefits from being on a direct bus and tram route to the city centre with bus stops and tram stops more or less on the hotel's doorstep. There are a few restaurant within the immediate vicinity of the hotel and also a Carrefour supermarket where you can stock up on supplies for your room and furthermore there is a park less than one minute away where you can go for a leisurely stroll should you wish.

There is a nice selection of food available at breakfast with a continental option featuring cheeses, breads, cooked meats, salad and fruits along with a more traditional cooked breakfast where you can feast on bacon, sausages and eggs and then finish off with some delicious pastries.

Staff here are very friendly and those working on the reception desk have been given a particular mention for being helpful at all times and gong above and beyond to ensure that you have a pleasurable stay here.

There isn't a lot of space available in the rooms so for two people it does feel quite cramped and it is hard to manoeuvre although some larger rooms are available and some come with a balcony.

In some areas of the hotel and in some rooms the furniture and the carpets are starting to look quite old and worn with a refurbishment needed or at the very least a thorough deep clean.

If you are staying here on business and need to use the internet then you may have as issue as previous guests have reported it as being incredibly slow and barely useable.
