About Country Lodge

The Crafts Museum in Delhi contains a large collection of folk and tribal arts, crafts and textiles, including the national 'library' of Sari designs. Additionally, there is a collection of small houses brought from around the country and set up as a small 'village' where visitors can study the style and designs of village houses. There is also a 'market place' area where local craftsmen demonstrate and sell their goods. There is no entrance fee. The museum is only every day except monday and hours are from 10 am to 5pm. There is an official museum shop and a small snack bar.
