The hotel has a lot of features that kids and teens will enjoy. Some suites have separate bedrooms. There is a nice pool and whirlpool, plus basketball hoops and a water play area with sprinklers and other fun features.

The Wi-Fi service is strong and fast. The beds are large and comfortable and the free breakfast is tasty and well-prepared. All the rooms are nonsmoking and several free daily newspapers are made available. Overall, this is a good stay at a very reasonable rate.

The hotel is close to many areas of entertainment, locally known attractions, and several restaurants. Many are within easy walking distance and the location next to a main road also makes travel convenient into the city.

The staff often double books rooms, give out wrong keys to guests, and makes billing errors. Requested items aren't delivered and special needs often just not accommodated.

The hotel is older and looks and acts its age. Many rooms and common areas are run-down and shows signs of wear and tear. There are problems with water temperatures both in the rooms, and in the pool and hot tub. Other plumbing issues can make for an unpleasant stay.

Staff and management seem unconcerned about the quality of your stay. When problems are brought to their attention, they aren't addressed at all and become argumentative about some issues, rather than seeking to fix them.
