Guests enjoyed the fact the hotel is just outside of Louisville, so there isn't a huge amount of traffic. They also like it's near restaurants or convenience stores where you can get incidentals during your stay.

Visitors mentioned they like the extras that the hotel offers, but the two that stand out the most are the breakfast and the pool. Guests mentioned that they really enjoyed the tasty, free buffet provided to guests. As for the swimming pool, they mentioned that it was warm without being too hot.

Some travelers mentioned that A/C is way too loud. Others cited that some of the kitchen appliances didn't work, such as the microwave and refrigerator. Others mentioned that there were plumbing issues from weak water pressure or toilets that didn't work. So there didn't seem to be one prevailing issue throughout the hotel. It was more like a bunch of smaller ones that added up to an unpleasant visit for some travelers.

A couple of guests remarked that the noise from the nearby interstate can be problematic. This is especially true for people who have rooms facing that side of the roadway.

The good news is the hotel is under recent renovations as of 2015. The bad news is these changes can make life at the hotel rather noisy during the daytime. Plus, while some rooms are finished, others are not. That means there's no guarantee that you'll get a new room.
