Disappointing breakfast.

Guests were not happy with the free, continental breakfast. The fruit was not fresh, the biscuits were hard, and the gravy was tasteless.

Upon walking into the room, it was obvious that the cleaning staff does not take pride in their work. The rugs were extremely worn and dirty. The furniture was chipped and worn. Guests were disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel's room.
