Hotel Coronado - welcome hotels (Zürich, Switzerland)

This hotel boasts a convenient location, with easy access from the motorway, and right between the airport and downtown Zurich. While the hotel does not have the most central location, guests say the public transportation links are excellent and easy. You can reach the city centre in ten minutes via the tram system, and the airport is only 20 minutes away. Guests also liked the local neighbourhood as well, especially Irchel Park, perfect for spending some time outdoors. In addition, there are plenty of dining options and even a grocery store nearby as well.

Modern and updated, this hotel offers spacious, clean, and relaxing rooms. Guests said everything is tastefully furnished and the beds are extremely comfortable. After a restful night, don’t miss out on the breakfast buffet, which guests highly recommend.

Expect a warm welcome. The staff is said to be very helpful, kind, attentive, and accommodating. They create a very pleasant environment and make you feel at home. The front desk staff are always glad to assist with arrangements and bookings, and can give you many great recommendations. Guests say they’re very knowledgeable about the city.

There is no air conditioning in most of the rooms and guests say it can get very hot in the summer. While a fan is available in the rooms, or can be requested, guests say it helps only a little bit.

The rooms are a bit on the small side, and guests who stayed with multiple people to one room said they felt cramped and uncomfortable. Large luggage can also be problematic.
