The hotel is near a Metro station and busses can also easily be accessed. Many of the main attractions like the Louvre are in walking distance. The neighborhood itself is quiet but still offers boutiques and restaurants nearby and even a supermarket right across from its location.
The staff is multilingual and has been providing great customer service to guests of the hotel. They are able to help with tickets or directions, book rental cars and provide maps to Paris.
Many guests pointed out the cleanliness of the room and that they felt the rooms were cosy and bright and how well the Wi-Fi worked. As the neighborhood is of a calmer nature you will be able to enjoy a good night’s sleep as there are no noise complaints reported.
Quite a few guests felt that the breakfast was too expensive for what was offered. However, as breakfast is an extra you do not need to book, you can always venture out to one of the many cafes in Paris to get breakfast.
Some rooms seem to face the back wall of another building, and that might not be the most attractive view of Paris. If you would like to have a room with a different view ask at check in to get one facing the street.
The triple rooms which are not a suite can come off a bit cramped, especially when you pull out the sofa bed. If you are just looking to get a decent sleep and will be exploring the city during the day this might not be a big issue.
